Patterned aluminium screens were used in the front façade of the Soleas Court building renovation to create a ventilated outer skin for the central staircase of this apartments building. 

All facades were painted white to counterbalanced against the black aluminium screen to create a tension and contrast between the two materials and intensify each.

The interior of the apartments was remodelled into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with concrete-look ceramic tiles for the floor and natural oak parquet for the bedrooms.
