IBC Offices in Larnaca, were designed with a formal complexity and an elaborate geometrical proposition, particularly through its two façades. Its crystalline plasticity cannot be disassociated from the urban structure of the area, which defines both its dimensions and its character.

The facade is defined by two superimposed rectangular frames, of different proportions, designed laterally in relation to each other and then recalibrated, to accommodate the needs of the plans well as the different dimensions of the lateral limits of the topography. The solids and voids of the body of the building create a dialogue with those of the surrounding urban space. 

The building will host a café and showroom at the ground floor and the remaining 4 levels will consist of offices, as well as a basement parking area.
