A luxurious, minimal apartment that oozes understated elegance and quiet confidence, comes to life with uniquely styled elements. Atmospheric lighting distributes even illumination across the large open-plan living spaces, with a contemporary dining room pendant suspended from the centre of the room. A modern fireplace wall system clad in grey Travertine stone, forms the focal point for the sectional sofa arrangement. 

A series of floating shelf units behind the living-room, form the bar serving area. The dark-stained oak wood of the bar cladding follows through the large main entrance door in a chevron pattern. Light is reflected with the use of bronze mirror on wall cladding and on the entrance cupboard doors.

Modern kitchen bar stools encircle the white oak and onyx kitchen island. The cooking hob is installed into the kitchen island to allow the chef to look out at their dinner guests and to the park view across the large veranda area. 

Moving on into the master bedroom, a beige upholstered bed is teamed with a white-oak dressing table design.  The grey wall texture continues on the wardrobe doors all the way to the walk-in-closet. All bathrooms were designed with built-in countertops, underlit to create a weightless, floating aesthetic.
