GP Apartment in Nicosia is a 156 m² residence completed in 2023, designed to balance the needs of family life with a love for entertaining. The open-plan interior seamlessly extends to a large veranda overlooking park trees, creating a fluid connection between indoor and outdoor living.

A warm interplay of light and dark oak, paired with travertine finishes, defines the modern aesthetic while maintaining a cozy atmosphere for the children. Hidden functional elements, including a discreet laundry and bar area, preserve the apartment’s clean lines and sense of openness.
