Ivory House

Ivory House in Nicosia is a 300 m² renovation completed in 2025, designed to create a serene retreat that blends 1970s architectural character with contemporary elegance. The refreshed chevron flooring, louvered doors, and partitions are harmoniously integrated with new elements in earthy tones and soft materials, enhancing the calm atmosphere.

Atmospheric lighting and natural finishes such as terrazzo, travertine, and white oak add warmth and texture throughout. The result is a bright, soothing home that seamlessly merges old and new.
