Cityscape Apartment in Nicosia is a 150 m² renovation completed in 2024, designed to frame and enhance breathtaking city views from the 30th floor. The open-plan layout is enriched with luxurious finishes such as travertine, sandstone, black elm, and oak chevron flooring, creating a refined yet inviting atmosphere.
Tower restrictions on traditional fireplaces were addressed with a sleek bioethanol solution, adding warmth without compromising regulations. A Poliform kitchen and carefully curated modern details complete this elegant urban retreat.
