A Maisonette in Nicosia is a 250 m² residential renovation designed to create a serene yet modern dream home for a young family. The interior combines earthy tones with natural materials such as oak and travertine, infusing the space with warmth and understated luxury.
Existing structural columns were embraced as a feature, clad in wood to evoke a pavilion-like rhythm that defines the open–plan layout.
The result is a calming, light–filled environment that balances comfort with contemporary elegance.
